Disable CMD

Disable cmd prompt:
(HKLM or HKCU)\\Software\\Policies\\Microsoft\\Windows\\System

DisableCMD=DWORD

Set to 1 to disable the cmd prompt but allow batch files.
Set to 2 to disable cmd and batch files
